Welcome to Luleå municipality's booking and grant system
Here, as an association, private person or company, you can book premises or apply for an association grant. You can also search for associations in our register of associations.
The Facility Booking Office will be closed for the processing of booking matters during weeks 28 and 29. During July, no grant applications or other applications will be processed.

Without logging in, you can:
- search for associations in the association register
- see available times in Luleå Municipality's premises (login is required to be able to book)
As logged in, you can:
- make a booking request
- see current bookings
- change or cancel a current booking
- logged in association can also update its association information, upload documents and apply for various grants.
